A friend had the same problem and he had to replace the icp unit

True an ICP can cause a no start but it would leak oil on the back with the 03-early04 or on the passenger side with late 04 and up, his problem is with oil leaking right behind the balancer where the oil pump is"or used to be"

 

I have a 2004 6.0 that quit on the way home from church. It was running fine, turned the curve, and it quit. The following have been replaced, HPOP, LPOP, Turbo, EGR Cooler, EGR Valve, Glow Plug Control Module, FICM, Degas Bottle, Head Gaskets, Injectors, Timing Cover, and other miscellaneous parts. Any ideas?

 

Can u scan it? You need to check your operating parameters and see what's up. Start with basics. Ficm volts is easy to check and big problem if it fails.
