Default OPTI-LUBE

Decided to try it, but haven't added yet to the tank (waiting to get it below a 1/4 tank).
I bought a gallon of it and after reading the add ratio "1/4 to 1/2" oz. per gallon, I calculated 7 to 15 oz. per tank.

If anyone is using, what have you been using as a mix ratio per tank?

Thanks in advance,
deucer

I always went on the high side. Been using it for a couple years. I usually slack pretty hard during summer months but usually add it pretty religiously in the winter months.

I think I'm going to get the summer blend for warmer months, since it gets diluted a lot more and would last a lot longer. The XPD formula is supposed to be the bomb.

Thanks Mdub for your input. Since I've been using 9 ozs. of Lucas cleaner on each tank, I was thinking of going with 10 oz. setup with Opti-Lube. That would put a little over 1/3 oz per gallon. Will give that a go and see how that works. Again, I appreciate your input

I was using lucas too before, then after that independant test was released about lubricity of additives, I stopped using Lucas (tested fair to poor from what I remember as far as lubricity goes) and the Opti-lube XPD formula was second, only bested by 5% bio.
