ok i found sinister head gasket and stud kit i think i will go with it thanks and yeah i got a machanic that said if i get the parts he will put them in for the price of labor and he willl shave the heads for me

Victor Reinz are the same gaskets at half that price just FYI. That's probably the cheapest I've seen the black onyx for though.
Make sure whoever is doing the headwork has specifically worked on 6.0 heads before. They're not to exceed ~.008" being taken off.
Innovative diesel sells new up-pipes, but you should only need the one side if you'r doing the EGR delete. Also that's just a solid-up pipe you're looking for, it basically just removes the scoop that feeds the EGR cooler, still need to take care of the cooler and the EGR valve itself. Just the up-pipe can be had from most of the companies who sell EGR deletes. River City Diesel, Elite, Innovative, I think DFuser on here has them too...
