Default Rough Ride

I just bought a 2006 F-250 6.0 4x4. When I am traveling over 45 mph, it starts to shutter. Any idaes or solutions. I am new to the site and the diesel world, thanks.

I had that happen to me before on a CHEVY BLAZER, It was a bent DRIVE SHAFT & I had to have it cut & balance. Have you check your tire to see if they are balance I also had a car that did that & it was the transmission.

It seems more like it might be the fuel injectors or something to do with the fuel system, I'm not sure.

You should have your fuel pressure checked.

Does it throw any codes? Have the history checked. It could potentially be injector issues. I know mine had two bad injectors and loved to shudder at speed due to two misfiring cylinders

suspension?

is it lifted?

how many k's are on it?

how old are the tires?

Did you get under there and see if you can move anything by hand?

The trac bar is the first to go on these trucks. Rod ends and ball joints too.
