Where is your coolant level? Could be EGR cooler, could be headgaskets, could be both.

if ur loosing that much coolant id be leaning towards a HG. but then again when i blew my HG i was having to add a gallon of coolant a day (driving 150 to 200 miles a day)

Their EGR delete is as low as $175 shipped on ebay

Oil cooler are $225-$250 on ebay new.

HG's are $70 per side so about $150 total shipped

Studs are about $400 new shipped on ebay all day

So not bad, but not great, you can find better deals.

Well the prices I gave are for OEM oil cooler, RCD egr delete setup, Victor Reinz gaskets, and ARP headstuds.... you could improve some, but why? You could do H11 headstuds at $700 and change... not really proven to be any better, as long as the block and heads are flat ARP's are great. OEM oil cooler... well you could get a bulletproof setup for $1800 or so. Headgaskets... what would you get? I guess OEM would be comparable, not so much "better" but maybe. Price sure doesn't justify it. Black Onyx gaskets ARE Victor Reinz, just repackaged and sold for $275, and for EGR delete you could do something like Adam from FCDP or Doug's from GoGo, but those are around $600 and you can't go back to stock without buying a different intake manifold. All the prices I gave seem like reasonable prices and good parts to me... correct me if I'm wrong here...
