Default Help me install my Gauges

So i got my Gauges in pyro, trans, and boost. they require a 12v constant and a 12v switched where are the best places to slice into for those? also where is the best place to run the tube for my boost gauge through the fire wall? and where are the best places to run the probes for the egt's? and the trans temp as well. thanks guys

on the firewall to the left of the brake pedal there is a plastic cover that pops right out. you can drill the cover to run the wires and tubes through.i got my switched wire from the the power harness for the radio and the dimmer wire from right behind the headlight switch.and grounded everything to one of the factory ground spots under the dash.

you can tap into spare fuses for the power. pyro should be just post turbo for most accurate readings. the trans temp is best read in the pan

Pyro should be in the drivers side exhaust manifold for the most accurate reading....

best way possable is to use a add a circut or fuse can be bought from auto parts store or e-bay for like 2.00 each takes 2 find one that has constant power with key off and one the uses power for key on i used the gauge fuse for key on and the dome light fuse for the constant key off power took me like 5 minn to get my power and works great.

I would also mount my pyro sensor in the drivers side manifold. I have a pic posted of this already on here. Boost, I tapped into the stock intake elbow. Easy to do. For the transmission temp sender, on the 5R110's there is a test plug on the drivers side of the tranny towards the back, just pull that out and put the new temp sender in. Easy as pie.
