Default Coolant pushed past degas cap Need advice!

2004 f250 harley truck 200,000km's
Arp headstudsdone at dealer 80,000km
just replaced oil cooler and egr delete done( properly far as i know) temp gauge is rock steady and im still pushing coolant out the degass bottle. Its pushing it out but not puking it out no hard starting or anything, no smoke of any kind. Actually the truck runs better than it ever did
Just replaced bottle cap this morning still pushing coolant i hope its not head gaskets but is this an early sign still?
Is it possible the mechanic that did my install have some plumbing mixed up?? Or what is best way to check for head gaskets cracked head? Pay someone to pressure test it?
Oil analysis?
Im bit depressed over this just dropped some coin down and bo truck for month only to realize still problems

Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated hope i gave all needed info

Headstuds done at dealer is the problem. I had the same issue, blew my headgaskets again. The issue is the heads not being flat. Even new heads from Ford come in out of spec. They NEED to be brought to a machine shop and pressure tested and decked for flatness. Without doing so, is more or less a waste. I found out too late myself as well.

Coolant pushing out only happens a few ways. EGR cooler rupturing is possible, and flash boiling the coolant inside the EGR cooler has happened and would push coolant, but it's not a re-occurring thing. Since you have an EGR delete done, that eliminates those. The only other way for the coolant to really become pressurized like that is EXTREME temps, or headgaskets being bad. Not sure where in Canada you are (even if you told me), and I don't know where anything in Canada is, but two or three groups/people come to mind right now. Call NADP possibly, and for 6.0 specialists, the canadian rednecks know their stuff! Those guys hang out on PSN a lot. (powerstrokenation.com). Their crewcab 6.0 runs 10.50's in the 1/4...

The best advice I can give you is to read as much as humanly possible on the subject and come to your own conclusions. There are a LOT of theories on how to install the studs "properly" as well as how much material can realistically be removed from the heads. PSN will have a LOT more detailed info than you can find on here, it's just a bigger database.

Thank you so much for the info! Ive been talking to a few of them and conclusion by most is exhaust gases pressuring my coolant system because of most likely cracked head so ive been warned to be prepared for that also
