Can anyone tell me why this would be unplugged
Just got this truck. It is a 6.0. Not sure what all has been done to it. It is straight piped to a stack, air raid cold air intake, and it has a SCT sticker on the side, but I don't think it is programed still. Any way on the very front drivers side there is this little thing... Why would it be unplugged???

In front of the battery above the head lights. It is ceramic with the heat sheild thing like in the picture above. It is about 1 1/2"x2 1/2"

I am going to make a wild and I mean wild observation here. Did this truck have a front tow hitch? or maybe an after market Fog light kit? I am just guessing I don't mess with 6.0l much. or is that the plug in for the SCT Control Mod? the big box looks like the FICM
