can the inter cooler stopup from diesel going thru the turbo

 

Now you have me confused... why would you have diesel going through the turbo?

 

when I replaced wmy tyrbo boot it was soaked with an oily substance maybe oil instead of diesel

 

You crankcase vent is puting oil in you CAC system. I would recommend rerouting the CCV. You will have some oil in your CAC but it won't hurt anything. If you are bored you can remove your CAC and clean it though

 

Newman is right the ford and gms run a ccv that vents into your intake and it runs through your engine. In years to come if you do not reroute the ccv your intercooler will become more full with oil and you lose precious space for cooling the air for your truck.

 

I wouldn't worry about it. They are all like this and I've never heard of it causing any issues including trucks with more miles than yours.
