Hi, I have an 03 6.0 and a while back it died on me. I had a buddy come check it out and so far i have replaced the IPR and the ICP. But it still wont start. We also checked the FICM and it tested at 48 volts which its supposed to have. It will crank and fire and sound like its just about to atart but it just wont. There is plenty of oil pressure and also fuel pressure. So now im just stumped as to why it wont start..... If any one knows what the problem is please help!!!!!!

 

What is the ICP while cranking? Have you checked the fuel filters?

 

The ICP pressure was around 620 while cranking. And yes i have checked the fuel filters and they are both good. I even took the cap off the filter on the top and turned the ignition on to see if i was getting fuel and tons came out so im sure its not a fuel issue.

Oh and before i changed the IPR and ICP the pressure was only around 400 so there is quite the change from then till now.
