Default losing turbo when hot, mech can't duplicate

04' 6.0, EGR delete, cleaned out cat, recently cleaned turbo. my truck has been doing this now for going on 2 months. whenever the truck has been driving for about 1 1/2 hours I will suddenly lose my turbo but all my gauges read fine, I've got plenty of oil pressure and my truck's running mid range on the temp gauge. I'll be going along about 60mph and put the pedal down on a hill or to make a pass and the truck shifts then takes for ever to accelerate but if I can hit about 75 it will come back but die off again as I slow down, and be completely gone everywhere else. I pulled and cleaned my turbo about 2 weeks ago thinking it was so dirty it was sticking but it hasn't helped, I knocked out the guts inside my cat thinking it would fix it but it didn't change anything, I've also changed my MAP sensor but I'm still getting MAP codes. every time i take it to the shop, it sits for a couple days till they look at it (like from sat to mon) and then the problem disappears magically, they drive it and no problems whatsoever. anybody else out there able to help me?????? I'm going insane trying to figure this thing out

How was your EGR when you put in the Delete kit? If is was fouled pretty good. You can also have a fouled intake. The carbon builds up in there also. Its whats going on wiht ym truck right now. Gotta clean the intake and turbo this week.

the shop put in a new valve and they pulled the intake and cleaned it out, it was bad when they did it, took them 6 hours in the parts cleaning station.

I haven't even messed with it since saturday (8/14) , i just went out and tried to start it tonight and all it does is turn over, doesn't even act like it's trying to start, don't think it's a fuel pump, it's only a few months old but seriously......Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Ford......Whiskey Tango Foxtrot
