For what it's worth I've never seen with my own eyes a 6.0 that didn't have the wet bellhousing. Mine has had it since I bought it with 14,000 miles on it. It is wet, but never seems to drip so Ford wont fix it under warranty anyways.

Jasonshort the ICP sensor is up in that area and is known to leak. Can you get a picture up in there for us or try and describe where it seems to be coming from better?

I had a leak once and it took awhile to find it, but thanks to a great diesel tech. mech., he found out that it was the oil cooler itself. By replacing the oil cooler kit did not stop the dripping but the whole cooler has to be replaced. Dry as a bone now. Been over 3 three months now.

I own a 03 6.0 litter for 6 year's know and it never leaked oil . I was cleaning the moter bay last week and my dog was running around and jumped into the truck.so I said lest's go for a ride. so I stated it up to let it warm up and I just happen to see some type of leak. thought it was water from cleaning . so I looked closer . under the truck and on the drive way looked oily . so I thought it was dirt an oil an dirty water . NOT it was dupping all the oil out !! aleast a gallon . still had good presure cut it off /. need help some one said the ICP sensor? can any one help . it's up for sell and have people calling but the leak . can't sell like that.

Well what area of the motor is the leak coming from? Try and locate roughly where it is and we can probably help.
