Get the VIN from the truck and go get an Oasis report from a dealer or one of the forums. It will tell you all of the warranty work that has been done on the truck. Since it's an 05 it is either just out of warranty or might even have a month or two left, depending when it was built. That's good because almost EVERYTHING that was done to it will be on the Oasis, in most cases.

Are you sure the oil pan is bad? Almost every 6.0 I've ever seen has the famous "wet bellhousing" where it is kind of soaked in oil, but never really seems to drip or leak.

If the engine must be pulled, I would do an EGR delete, take the heads off and have them machined flat, install headstuds, and pop her back in.

Is there anything on the truck already like exhaust or intake?

I wouldn't bother changing the injectors unless there is already a problem. Those can be done in cab anyways. Sure it would be easier to change out of the truck, but they're expensive to replace so if they're not bad, dont bother. Maybe a turbo cleaning since the motor will be out... I would also add a coolant filter from dieselsite.com as well. Also an oil cooler rebuild wouldn't hurt, or at the VERY least replace the screen under it.

when the dealer calls me with a price Im going to have them put it on a lift. but the grass that rubbed on the oil pan was soaked in oil. So im going to go under the truck and look. How bout the rear main seal? some one told me on his flat bed tow truck that it went out and looked like that oil pan. Is this true?

It could be rear main... depending on how bad the leak is do you really want them to pull the motor out of the truck or lift the cab and do that for a little wet spot on the back of the truck? It's up to you. How long was it sitting there that there was oil in the grass? The truck might still be under warranty even. Check on that. Definitely get the oasis. It could be rear main, could be 5 other things. They ALL seem to have oil there... I highly doubt it's an oil pan unless it's been hit and damaged some way.

Get the oasis, and report back here and lets us know what's going on. It will also tell you if it's still under warranty.

Are you sure they are plastic? I have never seen a plastic pan on a 6.0

No I'm not, but I always thought they were... I will check tomorrow and see for sure! I know the 7.3's had terrible issues with the pans rotting away, and the only way to replace them was motor removal. I just ASSumed Ford would have made a "fix" for that on the 6.0, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
