Default I NEED HELP .......!

OK I have an 06 f 350 6.0 and I am putting new head gaskets and replacing the head bolts with the head studs. I am also deleting my egr. I have found a kit online and it comes with everything you need to make the 6.0 bullet proof and I would just like someones opinion on doing all this to this motor I am also going with a 5in exhaust so what do you think ? Is there anymore I have to do to this motor

I would also look into getting a bypass oil filter, other than that with the EGR MIA and the headstuds your heading down the right track and should end up with a pretty solid 6.0

The bulletproof kit as a very good idea. and yes a bypass oil filter will be great to add also. I'd prob go with a 4" straight pipe exhaust with no muffler or cat. And a coolant filter and you'll definately have a solid truck. the only thing you'd have to be concerned with is your ficm which may or may not go out... Keep your oil changed on time and up to date with all your maintanence and your good bro

If you want a high pitched whistle put a 5inch on. the 5 whistles a whole heck of a lot louder than a 4inch.

As soon as I took out the resonator of my exhuast, my whistle went up! When I went to a 3.5 down pipe/4 inch exhaust, it didn't change much. When I ditched the muffler, even more whistle! But, mine is an 03 and I haven't heard anything other than another 03 whistle like mine.

Enjoy it! I have learned to feather my throttle to whistle at chicks. Ye-yeah!

It's not hard, but it helps if your truck whistles like a Hillbilly with a lisp. Anyway, a quick tap gives me the "tweet" then follow that with slow pressure for the drug out part.

Practice and patients Kuay Chain.
