No Fuel
Please help. I have a 2003 ford excursion 6.0L deisel. the problem is it wont start. I cant get fuel to the secondary fuel filter. I have taken out the pump and tested it, and it works fine(also replaced both primary and secondary filters). I had the codes: po232 - fuel pump secondary circuit high......
I dont have the code now, but before i replaced the batteries i had code po341 - camshaft positive sensor circut range.
I dont know what would cut the power to my fuel pump and i cant find an electrical schematic................please help.

Do you have power to the fuel pump?
(If not)
Did you check your inertia switch? (Should be located behind the right hand kick panel inside the passenger compartment) Push button to reset.
You had a PO232 code (Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit High) = Indicates short to power, sticking relay. I'm not positive on an 2003 but, you should be able to swap your A/C relay for the F/P relay to see if this cures the problem. (If so, replace faulty relay)

I doubt that unless there is a pickup tube restriction. How dirty were the filters that you removed?
Measure restriction at fuel pump inlet. (Vac pump needed)
If you have > 6" Hg restriction check lines between pump and fuel tank.
If you have < 6" Hg restriction suspect fuel filters. If filters are ok check fuel regulator, if filters and regulator are ok replace the fuel pump.
You did replace the primary filter with the correct cartridge?
