dtc codes
i dont have a delete so idk the full answer to ur question but i know on alot of the later trucks they will 99% of the time throw a code...now what code idk but i know it will throw a code any you just have to get a programmer and write out the code
They will throw insufficient EGR flow codes. The EGR delete shouldn't effect your injector performance.
How is the truck running physically? Have you tried clearing the code and driving it more? If you start getting other injectors or different injectors, it could be FICM related too.

Search for FICM test and repair procedure, do that first, it's relatively easy and very inexpensive, that should resolve it. Try that first. I posted the procedure a few times this month already, it's on this board somewhere.
They can clear the check engine light yes, but if you have a problem the light will come back. The SCT can eliminate the EGR related check engine light though, but needs to be done with custom tuning (which would be stupid not to get anyways if you're spending the money on an SCT).
Xcal3 holds 3 custom tunes and nothing else
SF3 comes with 3 canned tunes and will also hold 3 custom tunes.

very true...sct is a great tuner but needs some custom work to make it king.
