Default FUel pump issues 04' 6.0 F250

What is the connection with the fuel pump and the indicator light and the starter not ingaging? Would it help to check out the Fuel pump shut off ?
I am new to the site and it seems to have a lot of info from a lot of good folks.
Hope someone can help out.
Thanks.

Moved this down here, might get a bit more exposure for ya...

Wish I could help, but I know just enough to get in trouble on a 6.0...

Do you have a way to check for codes? Need more detail.

Could be:
Theft Detected, Vehicle Immobilized
System voltage too low
Open or short circuit, relay, inertia switch or fuel pump
Transmission Range Circuit Not Indicating Park/Neutral During Self Test
