Default Est. Cost for head stud install

Hey everyone, does anyone have an idea of how much it should run to have a set of head studs installed on a 2007 6.0 Powerstroke? The truck is a crew cab if that matters. I am in Anne Arundel county Maryland. Thanks all.

Depends on where you go. They have to take the cab off to install head studs on a 6.0. Im gettin mine done for $2000...most people get it around twice that much or more

07 should still be under warranty unless you're over the miles. Call your dealers around, some of them are really cool with that stuff and will install under warranty!

Thanks guys. Mdub - Would they install under warranty if theres not a problem? So far the truck hasn't given me any issues . I was just checking as a planning ahead/preventive maintance thing.

I've heard of a few who are willing to do this, but they're taking a big chance and could get in a lot of hot water with Ford, so most wont no. Never hurts to call around and ask what their policies are with headstuds.
