i pulled the fuel from the drain on the side of the filter on the bottom of the truck which i know is the water seperator so i let a good little bit run out before i put the fuel in the cup to make sure the water that was built up would drain out first. and yes my turbo was reading. and when it started happening i put it back to stock and it continued....
