Default New Service Truck

So we got a new service truck at work. It's a 2005 F-350 4x2 w/ a 6.0L Powerstroke and an auto trans. Came to us from Springfield Ohio last week. The check engine light was on and when I scanned it I got codes for a cylinder 6 misfire and insuffecent egr flow. I cleared the codes and so far the check engine light hasnt come back on. However the truck still seems to run like crap. It idles rough and seems low on power. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Probably got a ratty injector, but likely caused by low/negative fuel pressure.

EGR code is likely requiring a new EGR valve, pull 'er out and see if it's carboned all to hell. Could also be caused by the injector issue - if it's leaking it makes it soot up, and will hang the EGR open.
