I have been having troubles getting my buddy's triple dog to work after the dealer flashed his truck and now we updated the downloader and it says unknown part number when it gets to the "reading tire size" step. Is there anything I can do before Monday when they are actually open? Thanks in advance.

 

Wonderin if they didn't jam the ECM with crap software??

 

If I remember right, I think the same thing happened when he first got the truck, but I can't remember what we did to get it to download.
