Everyone has told me that you need an air intake , a SCT tuner , and a 4" exhaust ; then you will have a 400 H.P. 6.0 l rocket . Good Luck . Also welcome to DB.

Start off with some Gauges to Keep your engine safe. Add a SCT Xcal3 programmer, 4" Exhaust and a good AFE intake. You will gain better performance and improved fuel economy as long as you can keep your foot out of the throttle.

Malibu, eh?

I have a 79. Ladder bar car. Small block on spray.

Building a BIG inch small block with all real good Lunati innards and Airflow 235CC heads. Should rock out about 800hp on the motor. (Gonna almost be a diesel with the compression ratio I'm running.)

Sct w/ custom tunes, exhaust, and gauges. The factory intake on the 6.0 is good till around 500HP. There is no real performance or milage gain with an A/M intake. I run one but the only way you can tell its there is turbo noise. The zoodad, havent done it yet though. Studs and an egr delete should be on the list at some point. im still runnin the TTY head bolts
