When stock, my truck had 26 - 29 inches of boost jumping into traffic. Have you done ARP studs yet?

No not yet....I am going to get the extended warranty at tax time and ford said that when the studs go bad, the extended warranty would cover it. So just hoping nothing happens till then..

My truck hits 27psi with it in stock mode when I put it to the floor. Even when I'm in extreme my egt's start getting a little excessive before my psi becomes a problem. I havent done the studs yet either and havent had a single problem with the truck yet, motor or turbo.

I hit 32 lbs all the time if I lug it a little with the TC locked. The best thing you can do for your truck right now is get rid of that BullyDog. They are good for dodges but suck for Fords. Get an SCT with custom tunes from Innovative, those tunes are very safe for the truck and the best you can do for a 6.0 right now.
