Default Front end rattle

I just got home from pulling my 5th wheel. My truck has been home for a week off the trailer. I took my truck to the auto parts store for parts for my commuter and I hear a rattle and shaking @ 55-60 mph coming from the front passengers side of the truck. WTH??? I have greased all fittings and the noise is still there. The Noise starts from the passengers side of the truck and then seems to be in the middle of the front end. If I take the truck up to 70 mph, it sounds like there are a few rocks spinning around in the wheel well on the passengers side. I back out of it and the rock type noise disapears, vibration is still there till I drop under 50mph???

I did look under all of the suspension and everything looks good and tight. I can move the sway bar about 1/4 in left to right.

I have put the truck in 2x4 and 4x4 with no resolve to the problem.

When the truck is in 2x4 in Park, I can freely move the passengers side U joint, but not the drivers side. Is this normal?

I jacked up the front end and there is no play in the tire as if the wheel bearing/hub is bad. everything seems good.

Any ideas of what this vibration or noise is? seems that as soon as I accelerate to 55, the shaking/rattling starts and continues up to 60mph. I pull out of the throttle and once I get back to 50, quiet as a mouse.

Help, please
