Default Lower coolant hose fix

Had a coolant leak and discovered that the lower radiator hose had rubbed against the power steering box long enough to put a dime sized hole in it. Ordered new motorcraft hose and new one seems to be slightly shaped differently with a cover over the problem area. Not sure if it had been addressed before but I thought if it was interesting that ford knows it was a problem but failed to inform the 6.0 owners. Once again flip phone pic.

Yeah. Hopefully people can see this post and check there's before they have the same problem. Put the new hose on and it doesn't even contact the power steering box. Bought it off rock auto for half the price of the dealership.
