I started by replacing oil cooler and 2 injectors 4 and 8 replaced IPR, ICP, EBP, 2 new Batt the truck starts runs put in gear no power put in nuteral revs fine I have the new autoenginuity, every thing looks good but the ficm voltages are in red but they are all 48 - 49v could i still have a bad ficm all connections tight have checked harness, truck ran good untill the oil cooler swap no smoke untill you put it in gear no responce but the black smoke rolls thanks in advanced

 

Ok problem fixed changed fuel filters no change got it primed didnt start shot ether twice fired but no power took AFE air box out checked wires ok got back in started had power!!! got out put air box back in no power took air filter off and power back ! even though it looks clean change them filters!!!!

 

Wondering if I should go with an upgraded 58v FICM whos reliable and cost is factor been a crappy winter here in Ohio no snow only had to plow once but spring is on its way and the golf cart business will be booming again!!!

 

ok truck has been down 2 weeks now still wont start going to town in search for the fuel test port fitting here are some numbers
ficm logic 1
ficm main volt 12.50
ficm power 48 v
ficm cranking 48.5
icp 500-1600 cranking
ipr volt 14.8
ipr desired 500=1600 cranking
replaced oil filter, both fuel filters, oil rotella 5-40 filter are motorcraft
truck just cranks tries to start but just wont PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I guess after ful pressure test next step will be ficm replace then harness replace
