Default Ford 6.0 No start problem.

Hello all, Currently I'm working on a buddies 6.0.

There all several issues going on so here is the rundown.

before the issues started,
EGR Delete,
BulletProof Diesel FICM,
New injectors,
New HPOP.

The truck started to run a little rough and then proceeded to not start.

I changed the fuel filters as the water in fuel light was on and the owner doesn't remember them ever being done.

Truck started and ran for a good hour, turned it off and then immediately started it back up. running a little rough at idle. pulled CYL 1 & 3 contribution test failure. Turned the truck off for a good 45mins and now it will not start at all.

Tested the FICM reading 59 volts while key on, 59 while cranking. Still no fire.

Any tips or help? Thanks!

Update:

Forgot to mention there is an oil leak in the valley dripping down the backside onto the bell housing.

Checking the IPR and ICP for leaks tomorrow.

Update: Truck starts rough idle, sometimes no power on take off, sometimes when you restart it has full power?!?!

New ICP (old one leaking) installed a scangauge II for monitoring purposes.

ICP above 500 psi cranking. 650 psi at idle.

IPR 45% cranking. 29% at idle.

FICM 54 Volts cranking or idle.

FICM Logic power never drops below 11.5 while cranking.

No codes that I can pull, what could this be?!?! any ideas?

---UPDATE---
Got a buzz tester, it failed the test.

Only 3 out of the 8 were firing!

Default I have the same issue.

I've been having the same issue after I deleted the egr.
I've tried all the solutions all the commenters have reccomended:

New icp switch
New ipr valve
New hpop and sensors

All that being done and I'm still having the same issue

Someone said that it might be an internal injector bleed.
Did any of the recommendations fix your issue or do I just have a dodgy mechanic.

It turned out to be bad injectors.

You might have the same problem if everything else checks out good.

Have them buzz tested if you can.

I'm tearing the truck down here starting tomorrow and putting new injectors in again.

I'm not all that mechanically inclined. A couple questions I have for you since you're probably a little more knowledgeable than me. If I test the injectors and 1 or 2 of them are bad can I just replace the bad ones? I know it's probably recommended to replace all of them but they're quite expensive and I'm in over my head paying for all the other things that were irrelevant to the no start problem.

I would recommend replacing all 8 injectors. I have heard of people replacing 1 or 2 of them if the others test good.

My personal opinion is to replace all 8 if 1 or more are going out there is a reason behind that as well. Bad oil, fuel etc.
