6.0 wont go over 10mph

Replaced fuel filters, changed oil,new FICM and new ICP....Still won't go!!!
Any ideas!!

The only thing i can think of is maybe connected with your new ficm and icp. Does the new ficm require any special programming?

How many miles? Did it lose power gradually? Is it early 04 with early design pump? Get scan gauge and check actual vs desired hpop output. If desired is way higher your pump is prolly worn out like mine did.
