Ok so I have been working on a 03 f350 crank no start for awhile! I was using a scan tool to test the icp and ipr and everything and thought I got it fixed but now it won't start back! It has new icp, and ipr, along with new hpop when u crank the motor I only have about 80psi at icp! Could it be leaking that bad? How would I test it? Help!
