I have a 2003 f350 and I just installed an sct livewire ts tuner and I went out that night on the 65hp towing tune with the egr valve off and pulled a dodge dakota on a car hauler and I was just going along the road when the truck just started shaking very bad. I pulled over and it idled rough. So I let it sit for an hour and it was still idling rough. There is no engine light. Any information on what it could be or what I could do?

There's a good possibility that injectors are getting stuck open. Happened to me on my 06 recently
