Default spring help

Hi guys got a question I have a 2000 7.3 F350 swb. Srw it has an 8 inch lift on it but sets pre runner and looks bad I'm not sure what lift is on it I bought the truck that way but it's almost an 8 in the front and 6 in the back I wanted to pull some leafs outta the front to drop the nose a bit if any one has an idea of what leafs to take out itd be a huge help Thanks

May be better to get new springs and u bolts. There are inexpensive springs out there that are engineered to perform properly.
