low power
Starts, idles, runs, very smooth, just has no power. No codes. Have not put scanner on (yet) to look at icp and ipr. Also plan to look at fuel pressure. I unplugged vgt while idling, and it sounded different. I unplugged the egr valve when idling, and it made no audible change. Canot hear an exhaust leak and the intercooler system seems tight. Does not have enough power to spin the rear tires on ice. It took 14 seconds to go from 0-60. Speed does climb (slowly) very smoothly up to about 75-80 with no smoke, but I didn't stay on it past that. What are your thoughts?

Logic...
1.Computer is not defueling or there would be a code... right?
2.If it was a turbo issue, and it is not defueling, then, there would be smoke...right? Therefore it is not turbo related.
3.If 1 and 2 are true, then it must be fuel related... right?
4. parts of the fuel system are
A. fuel pressure (tested at secondary filter housing).
B. fuel injectors... cant be because engine runs so smooth.
C. high pressure oil system related.
D. ficm related
E. ecm related
Am I missing anything?
Can you find an error in my logic?
Which possibilities can be eliminated.
