Default speed at complete stop

Hey guys can my 04 6.0 6" lift truck do 35 mph from a complete stop going into a left turn

Not sure. Try it and let us know how it goes. Please take a video.

These trucks are not race cars. With a 6'' lift, probably 35s or 37s, you center of gravity is against you. I wouldn't try it personally and I do not see why you would want too.

I know a cop said I alleged did 35 mph

I highly doubt it. If you catch a car sideways or weird with a radar, it can give erroneous numbers. He could also be flat out lying or hit another car and just pinned you. I have seen it countless times. A standard car goes flying past a sports car and there's a cop radaring them. Who does he pull over, the sports car that was doing the speed limit.
