Default degas puke

Iam new to this I got a 04 psd egr delete new updated degas had some steam this morning from tail pipe till warm bout 5/10 minutes its cold today 19° it puked a small amount last night I opened cap noticed a casting bump on top of threads I lightly sanded it down and put cap back on no puke today I hear some gurgling when I shut truck off have some bubbles in degas not steady sometimes none I have 93k on truck my temps are good oil @ coolant aways within 7° of each around 185° ficm test is good no oil in coolant I hear my thermostat clicking alot but again temps are good starts right up runs good any advice what do u guys think thanks

Bubbles in degas means head gasket failed and exhaust gases are entering coolant chambers. #1 cause to failed head gaskets other than not enough head bolts from factory is a failed degas cap that doesn't build and hold pressure test your cap and I'd also use a scan tool to monitor oil temp and coolant temp if more than a 10 degree diff then oil cooler is shot. Is coolant level in Biddle going down slowly at all?
