Default multiple codes in a 03 cc 4wd

I own a f-250 with the 6.0l powerstroke. The only mods that i know of are the BPD 58 volt ficm and I really think the cat has been hallowed out(being repalced with turbo back magnaflow 4" system with cat next month) I have replaced fuel pump, #1 injector, blue spring update. I put 305/65r18 tires and rims on it. and new alt. So ever since I bought the truck 18 months ago and ever since it has had a slight miss fire feel. The codes I have found p2284, p0671, p0404, p0405, p0401, p0275, p0266. I am using ScanXL Pro with the ford add-on but still figuring out the program. the truck just doesnt run right. everybody thinks i am crazy and just want to screw with it but I know my truck. I run royal purple 15w40. I think the egr system is shot and I know that egr valve doesnt work. I need the truck stock as possible(emmisson wise due to my work with dot) Cant afford a dealership so I turn to yall. My truck spends more time off road then on and I am ussally hualing 5000lbs on the hitch and 1000lbs in my bed through mud and everything you can thing of. please help. I just dont know where to start and I am tired of throwing a part on just to have something else go wrong the next week. 199k on the truck. Thank you in advance.

Do you know maintenance was always done properly? Factory oil filter cap, motorcraft filter, both fuel filters done, etc. I would check fuel pressure at bowl and high pressure oil psi. I use hot shot secret once a year now and just tore into a really clean motor. Hpop finally went after 215000 on an 03. I keep maintenance a priority after dropping the ball when I first got truck a loonngg time ago. Clean internals are critical to these engines since high pressure oil fires injectors.

As long as I have owned it I have only used motorcraft filters. The fuel pressure is 60 psi running down the highway at 65mph. Change oil every 7500 miles with filter changes at 2500 and 5000. This is just weird. I believe the icp code is due to the bpd ficm I am running. I can check voltage for icp actual and desired. Both are within range at all rpm ranges. 4,000psi+ at wot. 655 at idle.
