I can not win with this truck. Couple months ago I had fuel issues water in tank etc fixed that and replaced every injector. This where all my problems started the truck drove fine for 2 month no problem. Had a slight misfire when it was idling it was number 137 were acting weird since under warranty I replaced them again truck ran for one day and will no start only cranks over icp pressure was 398. I changed the stc fitting all orings gaskets etc. Put it together started up just fine everything's perfect next morning go to drive it I get to the end of the street and shuts off will not start again. Yesterday I put all new dummy plugs in it thinking that was my other leak. Now I am only getting 129 psi on the icp. Everything was torqued and installed correctly. Any other ideas and the gauge on the dash for oil is moving to the middle where it normally is some one HELP !!!

 

Dash gauge is really switch , either some pressure or not. Leak or bad pump sounds like best guess with info provided

 

Could be the IPR.
When you were in the motor did you check the screen under the oil cooler ?
The '06 has the cloth type that fail and dump crud into the HPOP, injectors,
and then into the IPR (also cloth screen) sticking it open.

I just replaced my oil cooler, cloth screen was missing panels (upgraded), updated
HPOP connector fitting, replaced the IPR (screen was missing on the removed 1).
Just hooked up 100 psi air and holding pressure, IPR is closing !

Now you got me thinking about how much chopped up cloth is in my injectors !
