I am really starting to lean towards that. I mean, if the injectors are bad I would think I would be getting the same codes on the same injectors constantly. Not this random jumping around every time I check. If I had a HPOP leak or weak bad pump I should be able to tell by the IPR/ICP Pids and I would have no start while hot or long crank but I can turn it off when it is up to temp and it starts right back up. Sometimes it takes a little longer but it's random, not constant enough to point towards a leak. If my spool valves are bad, same thing, I would think it would be a constant code to on the same injectors. My fuel stays at 60 hot or cold and at WOT or idle. Basically the only things I can think or causing my issue, are bad injectors, bad HPOP or leak, Bad fuel or low pressure, or bad FICM or harness issue. I changed out the harness, that's new. My FICM tests at 48v at crank, idle, and WOT, so power side is good. My fuel is good, I run diesel clean and 2cycl and have over a half tank. My HPOP Pids are good and starting is fine. So that leaves replacing all 8 injectors with 155cc warrens, or getting ED at ficmrepair.com to repair my FICM with an atlas 40 tune, the later is cheaper and quicker. If that doesn't solve it, well then I have a nice rebuilt FICM with an tune on it and then I get new injectors. I guess I'll call Ed Monday and get his take on it. My spool up time seems to be longer than normal when the truck is running right when it is cold.

Took these last night.

First one is right after starting the truck, other two are while warm/hot. Maybe I am missing something but everything I am monitoring looks good.

That's to bad You don't have a spare FICM to put in there just to check

And your sure you don't have any high pressure oil leaks you've checked your quick connect fitting on the pump and all of that?

I don't have the STC fitting on the pump. Truck starts fine hot. This is just weird. Loaded up my Xtreme Street from Innovative to see if that makes a difference. Truck acts the same way but now there are no codes for contribution / balance. Feels the same but no codes now. Stopped and started the truck several times, kept reading codes and couldn't get anything. I don't even know anybody that has a 6.0 so I could borrow their FICM.
