oil in coolant
Just did headgaskets, arp studs, oil cooler, stc fitting, stand pipes, dummy plugs, RCD egr delete,SCT tuner, and all new injector o-rings in december. Now the degas bottle has oil in it.

OIL in coolant can only be from a ruptured oil cooler, yes it is possible it could be from previous problem before the work was done, but if the system was flushed at that time then it is most likely a defective oil cooler.
That's what I thought too defective oil cooler. Turns out this is the 3rd rpm cooler I installed and have had problems with. Nothing but ford coolers from now on for this guy I don't like working for free.
Can't get customers around here to pay for a remote setup. Three different coolers three different trucks. I always try to sell a remote but very few go for it. I average three of these a week in my shop and never had a problem with fords cooler but I bought some of these rpm/Dorman coolers on a promo from one of my dealers. Strictly ford from now on or bullet proof of course.
When my EGR cooler failed, it dumped loads of oil into the coolant. I had the entire system flushed and EGR delete but occasionally I have to clean the degas bottle from the residual sludge that comes out of the engine.
I have a 2006 F250 it has had the Egr cooler replaced with bulletproof cooler did all the recommended kits from bulletproof except stock oil cooler, Apr head studs, Garrett powermax turbo SCT Livewire Programmer, came with 4" exhaust.
Today coming home in economy mode I hit the throttle hard to adjust from a 55 to 75 limit change in about a quarter mile the engine heat warning came on and I saw the gauge was pegged to red, I slowed down and light went out and temp returned to normal But I could smell coolant, I got home 1 mile later checked oil was clean, but coolant had sprayed all over drivers side engine compartment from around cap and oil was floating on top. Is this just a oil cooler problem???
