Default not start when hot no power until EOT and shutters or surges

Love psd . I was a fan since my 94 350 dually 7.3. It was a monster still miss that truck. Now I own a 03 350. Bought with bad oil cooler at a steal so I thought. Lol. Ivedone an egr delete and oem oil cooler less than 1000 miles ago. I have also put a new radiatpr in it. Thetruck fires up in the mornongs even cold ones.no ossues here. Issues are you have to let it idle 20 to 25 minutes before its able to do anything but spool up the turbo then anpther 5 before it will get out of ot own way. Once running it does well hesitates until around 25 to 30 at 2200 to 2500 rpms boost reads around 13 or so on sg2. Once you WOT she does go. Still surging here and there. Notice some clips missimg of injector connector. Trying to find some but no luck yet. Any help thered be great. Icp reads 3770wot. Ipr goes way up to 77 then stays at 28 wot. Pcm reads9999 until moving at LI reads 300 to 550 . What should cpm be at wot. Ficm 47.5 to 48 always. Im so up to my meck in debt with thos truck ive pit everything I have in it. I cant throw parts at it. Please someone save me and my psd. Thanks guys

Can you use scanner and see if injectors all firing properly? I used Hot Shot secret a couple years ago when mine was acting weird when cold and got major improvements. . Picked it up at central tractor, tractor supply, whatever they calling it now. . . It really did seem to help with stiction issues. Now I run rev x with synthetic 5-40 Rotella t and almost no issues.im getting a little stutter when real cold. When I get back to work in few weeks I'm getting ficm half shell from bulletproof and I'm trying the 58 v setting. . .i can't afford all I want to do to mine either!

Noticed today my boost is only , axing out at 17. My is an 03 but still 22 to 25 id say is normal at WOT. Havent tried anything for stiction. Really not sure what direction to head . Where do u get hot shot secret or revx? Still acts up when warm and really hard to believe a sticky injector would cause no start when hot. But hell idk . At thos point im

If you have misfires you won't build as much boost. Oil adders are relatively inexpensive and seem to help some people. It's low cost way to possibly help a little. I got rev x online from advertisement on this site, the hot shot I got at central tractor, local store but they are a chain, I think nationwide. I have read up on hot shot and it's pretty interesting if you like to know history. Im wondering if you have issue because missing clip not keeping good connection?

A hot no-start is almost always a high pressure oil leak, and that leak will also make it studder because it is not getting all the pressure it needs to fire the injectors properly. the reading you have for ICP pressures, is that actual or desired??
Also a turbo clean up is free, so it is a good thing to do, there are some videos on Youtube showing how to do it properly. Note-once you remove the turbo, forget about reinstalling the rear bolt that holds the turbo to pedestal. The 2 side bolts are plenty to hold it in place and you spend half the time of removal in the future.

Bobfbigman that is my actual icp wot 3770 . I noticed today I have some oil spray on top of my engine. Its sprayed on my alternator post and around that area. Is this leak possibly a hpo leak. New to the 6.0 but I have a lot of faith amd money amd time in this bad bastard. Question .???? Anyone know wher I can get the clips for injector harnesses . Can I fab those myself. Sunday evening myself a 6 pack and you tube will be cleaning the turbo. Thanks you guys . And adrenaline junkie I am going to try some rev x I do believe . Thanks again fellas.

try ebay for those clips, those injectors will not fire properly without those clips on there.
that oil on top is normal, it is normally from oil seeping out of the boot ant the intake elbow. A high pressure oil leak is not visible on the outside,

Well last night on way home from dropping off my co worker truck ran great opend her up on the highway hit 90 and rolled as long as I could ,maybe half a mile. Truck ean great . The truck then felt a little less peppy off the start. Not hugely noticeable maybe I was tripping. Idk. Anyways the thing died after it set a couple hours that is. It fired up ran 1 to 2 miles an just died stalled out and never started again. Didnt soumd like it wanted to at all not even with just a shot of eather while cranking it. Sg2 didnt have a code thrown. Ficm was good all seemed ok with all readings. Icp hit maybe 400 while cranking. Got so much work and its all weighing on my 6.0. I run a small business so small I dont have a s3cond big truck. Lol. Idk what the hell to do . My frien said it was just the original no start when hot problem coming to a head . I did check inertia switch. Any dumby plugs on 2003 . Any direction would be awesome thanks my fellow ford enthusiast

No dummy plugs but sounds like high pressure oil problem. I'm wondering if the oil feed line came apart under the valve cover? Or by oil pump?
