Just wanted to give everyone a heads up as to what was found to be the problem. It turns out that the pigtail on my Ipr valve was faulty and was shorting out which was causing the symptoms. In addition to the pigtail we discovered that injector 2 was dead and 468 were supper weak. So 2300 latter she's back on the road.thank you all for the advice and help!!!
