Default MISFIRE, LOW ON POWER RANDOM CODES

I have an 03 6.0, Cold Air Intake,5 inch turbo back exhaust with an Edge HT Handheld programmer. Last June I had all 8 injectors replaced, new ICP sensor and the oil line to the turbo replaced. Oil and filters changed on a regular basis, fuel filters changed regularly (last time they were black). Around the New Year the temperature here was 5° and the fuel gelled up, towed it home, put in some Diesel911 and had to jump it off. Since then, the truck starts fine, injectors cycle perfectly, turbo spools like it should, doesn't smoke, leak or anything like that. When cold the truck has NO POWER, misfires, has a terrible fuel knock. Once the truck is warmed up it has power but still misfires, runs rough, surges and gives DTC Codes: P0266 Cylinder 2 Contribution Balance Fault; P0272 Cylinder 4 Cont Balance Fault; P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient and P2290 Injector Control Pressure Too Low. Also when the torque convertor locks in the truck shakes and feels like it wants to tear itself apart. I know this is lengthy but I'm at a loss and not wanting to spend 4k in fixing it again. Any advice is much appreciated.

Sry wasn't sure on this one. I was thinking remove the edge and restore to stock and see if there is a difference? Was wondering if maybe jumping you got a voltage spike? I would check fuel pressure too. Sounds like a fuel pressure issue. These trucks will run with no pump after you get system pressurized and running but not very well and damage injectors. I have had 2 airdog failures and misfiring was only clue.
