ok. my turbo blew up(in about 20 pieces)so i put a oem 2003 turbo on my powerstroke 6.0 then i noticed the truck had less pull and would only go to 20 psi then drop down to about 10 then rise back to 20 while im at wot. i checked the exhaust backpressure sensor and the tube and its good. im wondering if anyone has anyidea of whats wrong with my truck. could pieces have clogged my intercooler? the turbo was used maybe the solinoid is bad? maybe the turbo blowing cut a wire. also my oil pressure sensor got ripped off when it blew so could that be messing with my turbo? help please

2003 powerstroke 6.0 sct program, egr delete, ficm program, bluespring mod, 6.4 banjo bolts, 4inch downpipe to 5inch.

Turned exhaust wheel was stuck in old down pipe!!!!
