Default 05 F250 Harley Davidson diesel 6.0 cranks a long time before starting.

Hello
I have an 05 6.0 that I've been working on for a while. I've done the Bullet proofing, 190 injectors, PowerMax turbo, aftermarket FICM, Innovative programming, Valant intake, and propane. It has Innovative fuel system with return, regulator and pressure gauge, Airdog fuel pump and filter system, 4inch down pipe, to 5 inch no cat, suncoast trans, and an ARB air locker in the rear.
Recently I replaced the high pressure oil pump and the truck runs awesome but I'm having one problem. The truck cranks a long time after sitting for a while before it starts. After that, it's fine the rest of the day. Runs great, we have determined that it's in the low pressure or oil system and can't figure out where I'm losing my prime. Does anybody have any ideas? Almost everything in this thing is new. I just wish I could get it to start like new.
Im new to this forum stuff but it seems there's a lot of helpful people here. Maybe someone knows the answer to this problem? Thanks.

one of the first things to do is to make sure you have a factory oil filter cap or a quality aluminum cap with either a Fram or Motorcraft oil filter, some of the filters that come with their own cap can be too short and let the oil drain back to the pan.

Thanks for the reply but everything is factory filters cap everything. Something in the low pressure oil system is draining down when the trucks sits. I've had all the updates done in the high pressure oil system and replaced the timing coverI just don't know where the oil can be going.
