ok im overheating loosing coolant coolant steaming outta the radiator and the heater core hose by the alternator never had coolant issues this bad before i changed the degas bottle out old one was leaking all over the place also i have no heat at all also ive been low on coolant and when it gets hot n i relase some pressure in the degas bottle n take the cap off coolant will rush back in to the tank then drain back down into the block
so whats the problem here?? ive been told blocked heater core thermostat blender doors egr cooler head gaskets kinda neeed help to narrow it down thanks

 

Is thermostat stuck closed??

 

possibly havent looked into it yet also when i loosen the degas bottle cap it magically fixes everything i have a lil more heat wnt over heat and wnt loose coolant will run like a dream

 

Try thermostat change first. Very easy and cheap.

 

Theres a reason the 6.0 tech section is the busiest section of the site
