That was just a complete average for a whole tank of fuel I commute everyday bout 20 miles on highway and 10 or so in city one way. My truck was auto by the way I wish it was manual could've probably got one or two more mpg

 

Ok thank you for the info and ill definately be lookin for those things. I have the sct on its way but before buying the egr delete i want to know if its easy enough for me to do with little diesel experience or have a shop do it?

 

it is easy to install if your comfortable with engine work Custom Diesel provided a nice set of instructions with the one I bought pictures and all
