Default fuel gelling trouble codes

well today was our 7th day with high temps below 0 degrees and I started my pickup after it had been sitting since Friday night I plugged it in Saturday evening but I started it today started fine let it warm up for a good 20 mins and then hit the road didn't even make it a mile and she started missing with no power I assumed it was gelling I kept limping it along hoping it would clear I use anti gel fuel additive every time I fill up but anyways it got worse and die I hooked up my sct to it and it read 3 codes I don't remember the numbers but one was #2 cylinder fuel contribution/balance, fuel injection control module error, and fuel delivery error anyways had to drag it back to the house stick it on the charger and it fired right up dumped half a bottle of howes in it and let it idle for another 20 mins and then she ran just fine went and topped off the tank with #1 diesel and haven't had anymore problems do you guys think I need to worry about any problems down the because of this
