Lost/Need help

So I'm just really not sure what's going on with my truck or where to start looking. I've been having alot of problems with it lately and not much money to throw at figuring any of it out.
Ok let's start off with how it drives on a normal basis; runs but has very little power, just enough to be able to drive it around. Lately it's been smoking GREY anytime I'm over 2k rpm. It hesitates before it shifts to the next gear. Sometimes(more and more lately) I can floor it and itl rev up alittle but won't pass 2500 rpm. It does especially horrible up hills.
I've replaced the fuel filters, oil change, icp replaced, new egr orings. I've checked the ficm, held steady at 48v.
After I did all this I cleared the computer and it hasn't thrown anymore codes.

The current issue is today it just shut off while I was goin down the road. I pulled off and it was smoking alot under the hood, no fire, the smoke was billowing out from under my turbo. Truck turns over but won't start. There is oil everywhere underneath my truck. All the way to my rear axle.
I'm really just not sure where to go or even where to start at this point. I would greatly appreciate any help.

does it smoke at all before you hit 2k rpm?

check and see if there is oil in your exhaust
and check your turbo out and the oil lines going to it

the turbo could of took a shit and its spilling oil in your exhaust and on your HOT engine causing it to smoke and now it may not start due to low oil pressure

I'm no 6.0 expert but isn't the hpop in that location. It could have come apart or blowed a seal.

Without looking , I'm leaning towards turbo since truck won't run if hpop took dump. I would clean back there with a spray like Brake clean and see where the oil comes out of. .also you over fuel motor if you aren't boosting. .

He says that it won't start and oil is pouring all under the truck. From my experience if a turbo comes apart it will fill the cylinders and hydro lock the engine not pour all over the ground.

When I first read I was thinking oil was buildup over time but it could be blown out pump if its pouring out. Or maybe IPR blew out of housing since its back under turbo on older 6.0 . . . Gotta get in there and find oil leak and you will probably find root of problem. . .

I don't know to much about the hpop on the powerstroke but would that cause a low power problem were it wont go above 2500rpm?
But then its hard to believe it doesn't just smoke all the time if there is that much oil in the cylinders

you will just have to do what they said clean the oil up with brake clean or whatever, and try to spot the leak, it wont be hard to check if your turbo took a shit ether
let us know if ya find something out

I'm thinking the pump blew out because oil is dripping all over and they are sometimes known to break. . I was thinking turbo because of no power and smoking a lot. The best thing to do is see where oil is coming from and be sure of the problem. . . Guessing gets expensive!!

The oil build up is not from over time it's like it all blew out within a few miles. I was wondering about my hpop as well considering its location and the fact it did this same thing when my icp sensor went out.(blew the seal) my ipr sensor is not missing nor is it covered in oil.

I can't really search for an oil leak because the truck no longer starts. I guess I'm trying to figure where to start looking so I can get it running and figure out the major issue. I'm assuming at this point I should probably remove the turbo and check it and my hpop, does anyone know what/where/how to check and see if my hpop is the problem?
I appreciate the replies guys, this whole thing is starting to get very stressful

I'm starting to think the power loss and smoking is a separate issue from what stopped my truck from running. I'm leaning towards sticky vanes in my turbo and my egr going out for my daily problems and maybe my hpop blew causing my truck to quit running.
