Default 2005 ford 6.0 coolant out the cap

I have a 2005 ford 6.0 there is coolant coming out my cap just a little bit sometimes, seems to be on hills. Truck stays cool, no over ect 201 and oil temps stays good and close. I have a egr delete, no head studs but gaskets have about 100, 000 km on them. I had a pressure test done, it passed with flying colours. I also had a combustion test done on my coolant system two times, nothing came up. Truck has been on the scanner the coolant sensor seems to be working good and there are no codes for the fan. I just put a new thermostat in and still have a bit of coolant coming out sometimes.???????

I know this is going to sound dumb but did you ever purchase the updated Coolant cap 16lbs and have the dealer either slap the new sticker on the degas bottle for the proper level "lower". You might have too much coolant in there or the cap is the old one that was recalled. As long as you know your system is good on head gaskets the only thing for over pressurizing the system would be what I pointed out above with those temps.

Try letting it go without refilling till u get a little lower in bottle. . .just make sure u have some in there:-) what coolant are you using. . . 75 gallons a min needs to be quality coolant with anti foam properties. . I use only ford gold . .
