Propane additive

Ok lookin for pros an cons on propane additive to the 6.0. Has anyone done this? How did it work out? Is it better use jus for fuel mileage or what? Any an all advise is appreciated.

You need to consider studs first. The cylinder pressures can be increased leading to HG failure. You might want to consider a water/meth kit.
