Question on Injectors
Have a early 6.0 third time I have tore it down to fix air leaks in injectors and oil rail. Want to make sure this time, put the air to it and looked real close and there is air bubbles coming out of three injectors on the passenger side. The bubbles are coming from the two little holes on each side of the hole the nipple goes in, you can not hear the air but can see the bubbles if you look close enough.
Does anyone know if these will quit once I start it or should I replace these three injectors/
Thanks

I don't think you should have anything bubbeling out of those holes, the fact that only a couple of them are doing it tells you something, if it was normal then all of them would be doing it. If you haven't fired the tuck up since doing the orings it may just be the fact that they haven't set yet, sometimes it needs pressure to set the oring, if you are still suspect of them move those injectors to the driver side in case they have to be replaced it will save you a couple hours of work because we all know the pass side is a PITA.

Thanks Bob that is what I was thinking didn't know if it took pressure to seat them or not. This is the third time I have took it apart to replace an o ring different each time, so this time I decided to change every one I could find.
Your right I don't think ford thought anyone would have to do anything to that side. LOL
